HYPERLOX is a universal solution for processing all types of cast iron and steel with hardness up to 60 HRC. The aluminum content guarantees high hardness and thermal resistance. It increases the durability and performance of tools even when operating in extremely difficult conditions (with high speeds, dry or with the minimum use of cooling liquids). The smooth, droplet-free surface and very good adhesion of the coating make HYPERLOX perfectly suitable, among others for end mills.

For general applications related to machining, among others, the most common steels. Incorporation of aluminum and nanocomposite structures resulted in an increase of the hardness and thermal resistance of this coating with respect to the standard TiN coating. TINALOX coatings are perfect, among others, for mill bits, cutting inserts and taps.
